500g (1lb) bulk pork sausage (comes in a tube frozen)
1 package Stove Top Stuffing Mix for turkey or chicken
3/4 cup whole cranberry sauce
1 egg well beaten
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup melted butter
Lightly brown sausage and drain excess fat. Add stuffing mix and seasoning packet. Stir in cranberry sauce, egg and water. Shape into 16 balls, brush with butter and bake 30 minutes at 325. Enjoy!
