I love eating this for breakfast as it’s so delish and a great way to start the day. It also makes a great light lunch


1/3 cup large flake oatmeal
1 tablespoons chia seeds
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground flax seeds
½ cup milk (almond, 1% your choice)
¼ cup Greek yogurt (or regular, any flavour)
1-2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
Handful of chopped nuts/seeds
Handful of chopped fresh, frozen or dried berries

In a small mason jar add all ingredients, stir, cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with additional fruit and nuts if you like.
