I have not eaten pancakes for years as they make me feel so bloated but I do love them. Well I have found the answer to my pancake dreams. This 2 ingredient pancake is delish and so easy to make. You have to try this, I could not believe that it tasted so good!!

1 banana mashed
1 organic egg beaten
Pinch of cinnamon

Mix and pan fry. Top with your favourite maple syrup, fruit or whip cream and enjoy!
