1 cup soft room temp goat cheese
1 cup seedless red grapes
½ cup chopped pecans (or any other nut)
3 slices crisp bacon crumbles
¼ cup chopped parsley (optional)
1. Wrap each grape in goat cheese, rolling between your palms to evenly coat the grape.
2. Finely chop pecan, bacon and parsley (if using) and mix together in small bowl
3. Roll each goat cheese covered grape in the nuts. Roll between your palms to press the pistachios in the cheese.
4. Refrigerator until ready to serve.
