· 2 cans of crab meat ( or use Pollock and shred it)
· 1 egg beaten
· 2 teaspoons lemon juice
· 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
· 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
· 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley & dill
· 3 green onions, chopped
· ½ cup breadcrumbs, I used Panko
· salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375* degrees.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and gently mix it all together.
Form the crab mixture into patties, I like to make mine the size of a small burger for dinner or cocktail size if I am serving them as an appetizer
Chill the patties for 30 minutes
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with your favourte dip, chipotle mayo or a sweet chili sauce.
